District Asset Protection Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of the Merchandise Protection Standards (MPS), Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs.

• Educate, mentor, and train store leadership and associates on issues related to theft/fraud, operational shrink, and strategies for shrink reduction.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with local law enforcement to enhance THD's brand reputation.

• Ensure timely entry of internal cases into the case management system in line with AP Policy.

• Promote a safety culture within stores by advocating for safety initiatives.

• Analyze available data to pinpoint significant theft trends by class and SKU for both internal and external theft, and devise effective solutions.

• Conduct prompt interviews for internal theft cases flagged by the MAPM or Central Investigations Team (CIT).

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Capable of negotiating, addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and managing grievances with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Licensure/certification compliance is required, varying by location.
