• Delivering sales training to Sales Agencies and Distributor clients on the advantages of Keystone and our offerings.
• Cultivating long-term relationships with specifiers, customers, sales agents, and end-users through outstanding customer service to stimulate demand for our products.
• Supervising and managing the performance of independent sales agencies to ensure they achieve company objectives and performance benchmarks.
• Crafting sales strategies, in collaboration with sales agencies and departmental leadership, on how to effectively service designated territories.
• Evaluating sales trends to uncover opportunities and strategizing with sales agents to seize those opportunities.
• Becoming an expert in the market concerning Keystone's and competitors' products, pricing, trends, etc., and reporting insights to team management.
• Traveling to various markets to engage with distributors, specifiers, and end-users and to keep sales agents informed with all pertinent information.
• Maintaining communication with existing customers for potential repeat orders.
• Developing and managing contact information to keep decision-makers updated.
• Participating in and showcasing at trade shows.
• Cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with your Inside Sales counterpart on current and future opportunities.
• Providing insights to the product team regarding market trends.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the lighting industry is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a remarkable ability to listen and craft responses that address the needs of others.
• Proficiency with computers and software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software, along with the aptitude to learn new computer systems.
• Outstanding organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills.
