
Distribution Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with distribution partners to ensure shared success.
• Act as the primary liaison for all activities involving distribution partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and contracts.
• Monitor and assess the performance of distribution partners against established KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with partners to enhance performance.
• Implement strategies and initiatives aimed at optimizing efficiency, sales, and service delivery.
• Identify potential new distribution partners to broaden market reach and enhance supply chain capabilities.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure distribution strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Develop and execute growth plans, promotions, and joint marketing initiatives in collaboration with partners.
• Manage logistics and inventory processes with distribution partners to guarantee timely and dependable delivery of products/services.
• Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and stock replenishment activities with partners.
• Address supply chain disruptions to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Analyze partnership performance metrics, market data, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on partner performance and the effectiveness of distribution channels.
• Ensure that partners comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards.
• Conduct audits and assessments to verify product/service quality and alignment with company objectives.
• Serve as a conduit between internal stakeholders and distribution partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Organize regular meetings, training sessions, and partner reviews to foster transparency and collaboration.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and software.
• Capability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory systems.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or partner management software.
• Knowledge of industry-specific trends and regulations.
• Multilingual proficiency (if relevant to the region/market).
