This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Oversee and cultivate relationships with distributors throughout Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland.
• Serve as the primary commercial and operational liaison for the distributor network.
• Enhance sales performance through both sell-in and sell-out strategies.
• Ensure robust collaboration and alignment with distributor sales teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability within distributor warehouses.
• Facilitate a seamless and efficient product flow through the distribution channel.
• Coordinate planning initiatives to support demand and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Assist distributors in meeting sales objectives and optimizing market opportunities.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators related to sell-in, sell-out, and inventory.
• Conduct regular local market benchmarking on a monthly basis.
• Keep an eye on competitor activities, pricing tactics, and market trends.
• Convert market insights into actionable strategies.
• Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel management.
• Proven experience collaborating with distributors in consumer electronics, IT, or related sectors.
• A background on either the vendor or distributor side is highly desirable.
• Strong comprehension of distribution channels and product flow.
• A commercial mindset with the capability to drive performance.
• Analytical abilities with experience in pricing strategies and market benchmarking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple operational tasks concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is advantageous.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Swedish or Danish is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a plus.
