• System Architecture: Create and implement the fundamental system architecture for a real-time, high-stakes distributed platform.

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of systems from the initial concept and design phase through to implementation and production deployment.

• Technical Problem Solving: Convert ambiguous, high-level goals into clear, scalable technical solutions.

• Systems Programming: Advanced expertise in Rust along with substantial experience in systems programming.

• Distributed Systems: Extensive background in building or managing distributed systems with real-world constraints related to latency, scale, and fault tolerance.

• Architecture & Design: A demonstrated ability to design intricate systems from the ground up, showcasing a strong understanding of trade-offs between performance, complexity, and reliability.

• Autonomy: Proven history of taking full ownership of products or systems in ambiguous settings with minimal structure.
