This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and publish the quarterly technology radar that encompasses approved, trial, and retiring technologies across the organization.

• Lead the monthly Architecture Review Board (ARB), creating a platform for feedback on cross-functional decisions.

• Facilitate the Architecture Community of Practice, engaging all embedded architects within the four delivery functions.

• Oversee the Architecture Decision Record (ADR) process, establish review thresholds, and manage the shared repository.

• Create and disseminate AI architecture blueprints—pre-approved patterns for teams to adopt—in collaboration with Enterprise Data & AI.

• Establish organization-wide architecture standards, including guidelines for API design, data classification management, identity integration, and security-by-design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, particularly within a federated or embedded architectural framework.

• Demonstrated capability to lead Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and cultivate a Community of Practice.

• In-depth knowledge of architecture standards related to API design, identity integration, and security-by-design.

• Technical expertise in developing AI architecture blueprints and managing technology radars.
