Dispatcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Monitor shipments through TMS, carrier systems, GPS technology, and driver feedback.

• Gather and document real-time location updates, estimated times of arrival (ETAs), and delivery confirmations.

• Engage proactively with carriers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment progress.

• Detect possible delays or service disruptions and escalate these issues to the operations team without delay.

• Inform customers about shipment advancements and delivery confirmations.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Proofs of Delivery (PODs).

• Keep comprehensive shipment logs and maintain data integrity within the tracking system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over one year of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or trucking operations is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with TMS software and shipment tracking applications.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Dependable, professional, and focused on customer service.

• Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Compliance with on-time tracking updates.

• Accuracy in shipment visibility.

• Timeliness of communication responses.

• Customer satisfaction related to shipment notifications.

**Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**

• **Internet Connection:**

• Primary internet connection must have a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.

• Backup internet connection should be at least **10 Mbps**.

• The backup connection must support work during power outages.

• **Primary Device:**

• Desktop or laptop should be equipped with at least:

• A minimum of **8 GB RAM** is required.
