Dispatch Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Handle 15-20 incoming calls each hour from customers, drivers, insurers, and law enforcement.

• Efficiently assign and dispatch jobs to available tow truck drivers with precision.

• Utilize Linksoft Tow Manager for managing job assignments and updates.

• Address driver inquiries regarding payments, locations, and pick-up information.

• Prepare quotes and invoices for completed jobs.

• Respond to requests for pricing and job verification.

• Provide timely updates and information to insurers and police as necessary.

• Confirm job details and pricing before final submission.

• Deliver exceptional phone-based customer service, particularly during quieter times.

• Keep accurate records of calls, dispatches, and job statuses.

• Assist the General Manager with reporting and other administrative tasks as required.

• Perform additional role-specific responsibilities as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in administration, logistics, dispatch, or customer service is highly valued.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – clear, professional, and responsive.

• Strong phone presence with the ability to manage multiple conversations calmly under pressure.

• Well-organized with a keen attention to detail and time sensitivity.

• Tech-savvy; comfortable with learning new tools.

• Capability to work independently during busy periods while also collaborating as part of a team.
