This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design **infographics, decision trees, mind maps, diagrams** and other visual resources for blog articles.

• Transform technical or complex information into **simple, clear, and visually appealing** pieces.

• Adapt templates and brand guidelines according to the needs of each content while maintaining visual consistency.

• Suggest **new formats, improvements, or creative variations** when the content demands it.

• Collaborate with the **Content and Marketing** teams to understand the primary objective and message of each piece.

• Ensure that each resource has a **clear visual hierarchy and an intuitive reading flow**.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing examples of **infographics, diagrams, mind maps, or educational/explanatory visual content**.

• Experience working with **brand guidelines** and adapting them to various formats.

• Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva Pro** or similar applications.

• Excellent **synthesis and visual communication** skills: you know how to simplify information without losing accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of **UX and information readability**, including visual hierarchy, structure, and reading flow.

• Experience in creating visual content for **blogs, newsletters, social media, or other digital channels**.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work **remotely, independently, and in an organized manner**.
