This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Managing the Coordination of Peer-to-Peer Calls: Secure availability from a Treating Provider and/or an Independent Physician Advisor and arrange the call between both parties.
• Collaborate with the CSR team to enable peer-to-peer discussions based on the received availability.
• Document and monitor notes for each referral regarding all communications between staff, treating providers, and/or IPA reviewers.
• Provide regular updates to clients on scheduled, pending, and missed calls.
• Promptly address faxes received from physician offices to organize calls with reviewing physicians.
• An Associate's Degree is preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance environment is preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of the company’s business lines.
• Possess the ability to think critically, manage time effectively, and meet defined deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer skills and typing is essential.
