This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the intake of new cases by reviewing and verifying information and requests.
• Enter case details into the Dane Street system, AccessDS, to draft cases efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients to obtain any missing information necessary for claim processing.
• Monitor, process, and track cases to ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Assign and schedule new cases for review by physicians.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their cases.
• Ensure that clients receive the appropriate documentation for specified cases.
• An Associate's Degree is preferred.
• Previous business experience in a healthcare or insurance environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of company business lines.
• Ability to utilize critical thinking, manage time effectively, and meet designated deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills and typing ability are essential.
