This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for communication and collaboration with designated accounts.

• Assess and validate FMLA and Disability forms to ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other regulations.

• Confirm patient information within the electronic medical record (EMR) systems of assigned accounts using key patient identifiers to guarantee that all records retrieved pertain to the correct patient and requested scope.

• Verify request details and solicit additional documentation from patients or requesters to facilitate the processing of pending forms.

• Extract and complete forms while ensuring precision and adherence to MRO Clinics' policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

• Execute and adhere to workflows specific to the assigned accounts.

• Document and maintain detailed and accurate information for each processed form in line with MRO Clinics' policies and procedures.

• Keep an up-to-date Accounting of Disclosures for all activities and processes involved in form completion.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and clients while safeguarding patient privacy.

• Manage high volumes of calls while upholding a superior level of service and professionalism.

• Meet all established production and quality goals while managing assigned accounts within the turnaround times set by MRO Clinics.

• Report to the Director of Disability as required.
