This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design, implement, and maintain a cloud-focused Active Directory environment.
• Collaborate with the Architecture team to deploy and integrate technical solutions.
• Ensure that Directory Services platforms remain secure, compliant, and highly available.
• Develop and sustain system documentation and operational runbooks.
• Prioritize and safeguard privileged identities using RBAC, ACLs, least privilege, and Just-In-Time access.
• Provide Level 3 incident response during scheduled shifts and on-call duties.
• Offer leadership and technical support to operational support team members.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Directory platforms.
• Take ownership of Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management.
• Assist with security and compliance audits.
• Manage customer satisfaction through effective communication and expectation management.
• Collaborate with Identity, Information Security, Development, Architecture, and business-owner teams across the global organization.
• B.S. degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, and/or 5+ years of IT experience in a global information technology infrastructure setting.
• Extensive experience managing complex and diverse directories, including Active Directory, eDirectory, Radiant Logic, Azure AD, and AWS Managed AD.
• Practical experience with identity governance, privileged access management, SSO, federation, and MFA.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and fundamentals.
• Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, and cloud service models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Proficiency in PowerShell/MSGraph scripting or similar scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Bash.
• Familiarity and experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code, including Terraform.
• Experience with Group Policy Management (GPO).
• Knowledge of Microsoft ADCS, PKI, and KMS.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AD Connect.
• Proficient in Windows/Linux engineering, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, UDP, Failover Clustering, SIEM, IIS/Tomcat, virtualization, and load balancing.
• Understanding of disaster recovery models and Tier 0/Tier 1 system performance, resilience, and availability.
• Security-focused approach to problem solving.
• Strong troubleshooting skills grounded in security and engineering principles.
• Understanding of agile processes and concepts.
• Ability to identify and implement industry best practices.
• Capacity to translate technical issues into comprehensible business language.
• Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Ability to establish standards for quality, performance, or productivity.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
