Director/Sr. Director, Discoverability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive strategy for domain migration, encompassing redirect and canonical architecture.

• Implement llms.txt, robots.txt, and Schema.org structured data across various web properties.

• Develop sameAs schema to connect Blueprint and Bryan Johnson brands as a unified entity.

• Establish LLM authority for semantic areas such as Immortalism, Warriors and Caretakers, and Don't Die.

• Oversee the YouTube transcript workflow for 1,012 videos with 390M views, converting content into indexed HTML at a rate of 50 pages per week.

• Manage the strategy for Wikipedia and keep articles updated.

• Handle migration of Wikidata entities along with their linked counterparts.

• Brief and supervise specialized contractors and vendors in areas including technical SEO, content creation, transcripts, schema, LLM tracking, Wikipedia, and public relations.

• Execute the weekly protocol for LLM citation tracking.

• Lead and expand the discoverability team as Blueprint continues to grow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in SEO, growth, or digital media.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

• Have personally overseen a significant domain migration during the GEO era.

• Practical expertise in 301 redirects, canonical tags, sameAs schema, and migrations involving Wikidata.

• Successfully delivered an llms.txt and monitored changes in LLM citation patterns.

• Strong grasp of LLM training processes and the accumulation of citation authority.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams of contractors, freelancers, and vendors simultaneously.

• Familiarity with AI search visibility platforms (such as Profound, Otterly.AI, or similar).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by high standards and minimal bureaucracy.

• Preferred: background in health, science, or media focused on longevity.

• Preferred: experience in scaling programmatic content and managing pipelines of 500+ pages.

• Preferred: knowledge of the Wikipedia COI disclosure process and experience with editing Wikidata.

• Preferred: familiarity with Schema App or similar managed schema deployment services.

• Preferred: experience with scientific or clinical data and evaluating LLM-citable claims.
