This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and guide the Business Development team to meet sales objectives and broaden market reach.
• Formulate and execute strategies for acquiring new clients while fostering relationships with existing ones.
• Propel performance in insurance lead generation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Offer mentorship, training, and support to team members to boost productivity and career advancement.
• Track KPIs, compile performance reports, and deliver insights to senior management.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure business development efforts are in line with the overall goals of the organization.
• Act as the company representative in meetings with clients, during negotiations, and at industry events.
• At least 15 years of experience in US Sales.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in insurance lead generation; prior leadership experience in this area is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to operate independently in a remote setting and efficiently manage night shift operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of the US insurance market and lead generation techniques.
• Experience in managing remote teams and optimizing performance.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
