Director/Senior Director, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and monitoring inter-disciplinary drug development initiatives

• Collaborating closely with scientific leadership and subject matter experts

• Formulating, executing, and managing program strategies, operations, and processes

• Building a robust partnership with scientific leadership to influence the overall strategy

• Creating and sustaining an integrated program plan that includes key milestones

• Applying best practices in meeting management to enhance cross-functional communication

• Proactively identifying risks, gaps, and resource constraints

• Leading the development of comprehensive program budgets

• Establishing and nurturing strong working relationships with scientific leads and partners

• Crafting and delivering impactful presentations

• Assisting in the standardization of processes and communications

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required

• 9+ years of Program Management experience in the biomedical/Biopharma sector

• 8+ years of experience in clinical development and candidate selection

• 3+ years of proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel, Egnyte, PowerPoint, and MS Word

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to cultivate professional relationships

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both internal and external reporting

• Solid business acumen

• PMP® certification is preferred

• Comprehensive understanding and experience with US FDA and EU EMA regulations as well as ICH guidelines
