This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and nurture relationships that lead to new contracts for Aya Healthcare.
• Communicate Aya Healthcare’s distinct value proposition to key decision-makers within potential new hospital accounts to secure new business.
• Effectively demonstrate and present Aya Healthcare’s comprehensive range of services and software to healthcare organizations.
• Develop a sales strategy for existing clients to upsell additional services, which will include but are not limited to monthly calls, reporting, and presenting quarterly client reviews as needed.
• Identify and reach out to healthcare organizations to capture their business.
• Foster strong relationships with current clients to broaden our service offerings.
• Create and maintain an active pipeline of potential clients.
• Must effectively navigate and communicate across all levels of healthcare leadership.
• Inform prospective healthcare organizations about Aya's unique services and software.
• Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
• A minimum of 5 years of business development experience in the staffing industry is essential.
• An unquenchable desire to win and a relentless drive for success.
• Ability to think outside the box and identify multiple avenues for acquiring new business.
• Proven experience in selling enterprise-level staffing programs to all levels of healthcare staffing leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
