This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Strategy and execution of the website, focusing on architecture, performance, conversion rate optimization, and the comprehensive roadmap for our public site and content hubs, while overseeing development with external contractors.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) encompassing technical SEO, on-page optimization, link strategies, and nurturing organic growth for both core and long-tail keywords pertinent to security buyers.
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) involving the structuring of content, schema, and information architecture to ensure our brand and expertise are accurately represented in AI search and chat-based answer engines.
• Enhancing content-to-code velocity by leveraging AI tools (such as LLMs, coding copilots, and no-code/low-code platforms) to deliver pages, landing experiences, and content updates more swiftly than traditional web teams.
• Analytics and experimentation through site instrumentation, conducting structured A/B tests, and evaluating the impact on pipeline and revenue, rather than just traffic metrics.
• Fostering cross-functional partnerships by collaborating closely with Product, Brand, Demand Generation, and Sales to ensure the website accurately reflects the direction of the product and the category.
• Managing PPC and digital advertising operations across platforms such as Google and Bing.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in web, SEO, or growth marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS; experience in cybersecurity or related technical/security fields is a significant advantage.
• A demonstrated track record of managing organic growth and website performance from start to finish.
• Practical early experience with AEO/GEO concepts, including how content is cited and surfaced by LLM-based answer engines, along with insights on future trends in this area.
• Proficiency in utilizing modern AI tools for practical applications, including AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code), AI content and SEO tools, and no-code/low-code website builders.
• Ability to work directly in a CMS and possess basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; while engineering skills are not necessary, independence in making changes is expected.
• Strong analytical skills, with comfort in using GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms (such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar), and the ability to connect web metrics to the sales pipeline.
• Excellent judgment regarding brand and messaging tailored for a security buyer audience: credible, precise, and devoid of unnecessary fluff.
• Capability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Health insurance
• Retirement plans
• Paid time off
• Flexible work arrangements
