Director, Value & Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and implementation of Access strategies, which include coding, followed by strategies for coverage and reimbursement related to oncology diagnostics and computational pathology solutions.

• Design payer engagement strategies to ensure appropriate medical policy coverage and payment levels, while proactively addressing and reducing access risks among commercial/private and government payers.

• Integrate access requirements into innovation processes, launch planning, and overall portfolio strategy.

• Assist in formulating global Access strategies, ensuring consistency across key regions (U.S., Europe, Asia, LATAM).

• Lead and influence cross-functional teams across Product Development, Medical and Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial departments.

• Act as the Value & Access representative in the development, launch, and go-to-market strategies for the Danaher Oncology portfolio operating companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD, PharmD).

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Access, reimbursement, payer engagement, HEOR, or related roles within diagnostics, medical devices, or oncology.

• Experience in oncology, specifically in precision medicine, biomarkers, or computational pathology / AI-enhanced diagnostics.

• Experience in supporting or contributing to global Access strategies across diverse regions.

• Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and effectively influence senior stakeholders.
