• Take ownership and advance the embedded analytics design system.

• Create user interaction models for intricate analytics interfaces.

• Work alongside engineering teams to convert design intentions into practical solutions.

• Impact product strategy and prioritize the roadmap effectively.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in UX design.

• Minimum of 3 years in a principal or senior-lead capacity.

• Proven expertise in defining and sustaining design systems.

• Established history of designing embedded analytics or data visualization solutions.

• Practical experience collaborating with engineering teams throughout all design phases.

• Skilled in utilizing AI-powered design toolsets.

• Strong systems thinking capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

• Proficient in Figma.
