This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the US Brand Lead to develop and enhance the overall brand strategy.
• Oversee the annual Brand Plan process, ensuring well-defined cross-functional strategic priorities, aligned objectives, and actionable execution plans.
• Work alongside the GIA team to create, refine, and validate brand forecasts, ensuring alignment between strategic initiatives, market assumptions, and financial projections.
• Conduct ongoing competitive readiness assessments, synthesizing insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to key Market Research initiatives in partnership with GIA to generate actionable insights that inform segmentation, positioning, and growth strategy.
• Act as a key member of the US Brand Leadership Team.
• Manage the brand budget, including tracking expenditures, forecasting, and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AoP) process in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Ensure that financial investments align with brand strategy and ROI priorities.
• Provide ongoing financial transparency to the Brand Lead and Marketing leadership.
• Assist in creating strategic content for essential internal stakeholders for National and Regional Sales Meetings and forums for Executive Leadership teams.
• Convert complex strategies into clear, persuasive narratives suited for diverse audiences.
• Support additional ad hoc strategic analyses and presentations as requested by leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Promo, Patient Marketing, Digital, and CET to translate strategy into cohesive tactical plans.
• Ensure alignment of messaging, campaign priorities, and field enablement materials with the overarching brand strategy.
• Assist in the development of integrated marketing initiatives across Segmentation 2.0.
• Facilitate the execution of projects initiated by the Brand Lead or Executive leadership.
• Promote alignment across Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear decision-making requests.
• A BA/BS degree is required; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• A BA/BS with 10+ years of overall experience and 7+ years of marketing experience, or an MA/MS/MBA with 7+ years of overall experience and 6+ years of marketing experience, or a PhD/PharmD with 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or healthcare-related commercial roles is preferred.
• A background in hematology or other highly competitive therapeutic categories is preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with Senior Leadership regarding key brand growth initiatives.
• Proven capability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams.
• Previous success in competitive preparedness and initiatives that shape the market.
• Proficient in integrating insights from customer research, analytics, and field feedback.
