This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary market access liaison for US Integrated Product Strategy Teams and represent Market Access during product/platform discussions.
• Create, develop, and implement comprehensive 3- to 5-year strategic access plans.
• Incorporate both short- and long-term access strategies and tactics into the annual product planning process.
• Collaborate with Patient Support, Marketing, and Customer Engagement teams to carry out market access strategies.
• Work alongside Payer, Pricing, and Channel Strategy to ensure precise annual forecasts.
• Present US market access strategies to Executive Leadership and keep the US Leadership Team updated on opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with brand and Market Access teams to secure yearly budgets and align tactical plans.
• Team up with Legal, Compliance, Brand, and Marketing teams to ensure the implementation of compliant tactics.
• Oversee the NVS Material Approval Process, FUSE platform, compliance with pharma/FDA marketing policies, and vendor payment systems.
• Supervise essential qualitative and quantitative market research and establish go-to-market principles.
• Manage multiple budgets and deliverables, coordinate project presentations, maintain cross-functional alignment, and regulate spending.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An MBA, Health Policy, or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 7 years of pharmaceutical experience in Marketing/Sales, Market Access, or Managed Care Finance.
• Comprehensive understanding of US healthcare dynamics and pharmaceutical value drivers.
• Knowledge of the pharmacy benefit and specialty landscape.
• Proven success in the commercial pharmaceutical sector with a strong record of execution and results.
• Capacity to identify complex relationships and market dynamics while producing clear and effective communications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects with interrelated findings and deadlines.
• Ability to engage diverse groups across product, marketing, and customer experience.
• Skilled in implementing programs that enhance business results promptly and adapt to changing environments.
• Experience with buy-and-bill processes is desirable.
• Experience in the immunology therapeutic area is preferred.
