This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and the client growth agenda; ensure alignment of full-funnel TVAD strategies (CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display) with business objectives; facilitate decisions regarding options and trade-offs.
• Oversee onboarding, transitions, escalations, and expansion; assist new business initiatives with clear narratives linked to measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate optimization across partners/DSPs (goal strategies, pacing, frequency/overlap management, quality/brand safety/verification); pilot cautiously, evaluate, and scale.
• Integrate Bliss Point insights (Always-On Incrementality, Brand/Creative/Customer Insights) into planning and resource allocation; maintain feedback loops with Product and Analytics to enhance tools and models.
• Establish robust, straightforward measurement practices: prioritize growth-driven innovation with success thresholds and monitoring cadence (geo/lift/holdout where applicable; otherwise, implement sound A/B or time-series methods); project anticipated impact and risk.
• Collaborate closely with the Media Investment team to ensure data/operations health, requiring narratives on forecast versus actuals in executive decisions.
• Facilitate connections across channels for clients: clarify how TVAD enhances Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, TV/Audio, and Creative; suggest integrated strategies and a clear measurement framework to demonstrate combined lift; develop reusable playbooks.
• Treat the business as if it were your own: make and uphold decisions that optimize client results (growth, margin, LTV) within established parameters; highlight trade-offs with defined thresholds/tolerances; maintain a straightforward decision log linked to Rocks/KPIs.
• Project impact, monitor progress against plans, and quickly adjust with Client Lead/Finance/Analytics; safeguard margin/utilization by prioritizing high-value tasks and eliminating busywork.
• Identify and mitigate larger opportunities (e.g., higher-quality CTV inventory, new audience/data partners, updated creative lengths) through small, safe pilots with clear thresholds—then scale and document the playbook.
• Address recurring inefficiencies at their source (e.g., unmanaged frequency, viewability/IVT challenges, overlapping purchases, tagging gaps); set straightforward standards to prevent regression and expedite resolution.
• Build and lead a high-performing team: establish clear Rocks/KPIs, conduct weekly one-on-ones, provide timely feedback, develop capabilities, and create a succession plan; recruit and onboard effectively. Implement governance (standards, scorecards, QA cadence) that maintains quality and consistency across teams; mentor managers to effectively lead the system.
• Over 10 years of experience in TV/video/audio/display with demonstrated success at scale across various partners (CTV/OTT/Linear, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display); management experience is essential.
• Technical expertise: Practical knowledge of DSP/ad platforms and ad-server workflows; frequency/overlap management; audience/data usage; quality/verification (viewability, IVT, brand safety); ability to collaborate with publishers/PMPs.
• Measurement proficiency: incrementality/lift, powered A/B or time-series methods, forecasting; capability to link media to revenue, CAC, LTV, incremental reach/attention; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Cross-channel literacy: Ability to connect TVAD to Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative in straightforward, executive-friendly narratives.
• Financial acumen: Management of margin/utilization, capacity planning, and reliable forecasting with Finance; staffing aligned with priorities.
• Leadership presence: Clear and concise storytelling; setting expectations; confidence in interactions with senior clients and internal leaders.
