Director, Transactions Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in strategizing, assessing, and executing real estate transactions.

• Oversee negotiations, approvals, and the execution of leases.

• Act as a vital transaction management liaison among clients, internal teams, and external partners.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation, tracking, and reporting.

• Discover opportunities to enhance delivery processes to reduce costs, add value, and boost customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate coordination within internal teams through strong communication and dependable follow-through.

• Experience in utilizing lease management systems to maintain precise and up-to-date transaction documentation and status updates.

• Ability to foster strong client trust and confidence.

• Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Jira Service Management).

• Experience with CoStar or other lease management databases.

• Proficient in project management tools and software.
