📋 Description

• Work closely with colleagues and the account team to assist in realizing a client's strategic real estate objectives.

• Oversee the daily management of transactions related to various significant strategic initiatives.

• Plan for market optimization and oversee both internal and external workflows.

• Spot opportunities for the client to enhance their portfolio.

• Create top-tier reporting and be adept at generating innovative solutions.

• Lead and conduct client presentations.

• Execute market and financial analyses for every transaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a corporate services position.

• A valid Real Estate license.

• Experience in managing high-level, complex transactions, including contract management, compliance, and legal documentation.

• Demonstrated strong project management capabilities.

• Ability to effectively lead a team within a cohesive, performance-driven environment.

• Well-honed organizational skills.

• Advanced financial analysis and modeling abilities.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
