This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage engagement teams on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff during engagements.
• Assess performance and take part in the performance appraisal process for individuals.
• Collaborate directly with managers and partners regarding client and engagement management matters.
• Enhance existing client relationships and cultivate new business opportunities through exceptional client service.
• Communicate effectively with business owners, executive management, investors, lenders, and other sophisticated parties to ensure outstanding client service delivery.
• Commit to professional development by actively engaging in training sessions and networking events, both internally and externally.
• Assist in recruitment efforts, including campus recruiting, referring experienced candidates to the firm, and participating in the firm's Employee Referral Bonus Program.
• Exhibit strong team collaboration skills, a positive demeanor, and uphold high ethical standards.
• A minimum of eight (8+) years of experience in a large accounting firm within audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines, or relevant experience in corporate finance or accounting.
• At least five (5+) years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates, is preferred.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
• Strong motivation, initiative, and a positive outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Intermediate proficiency in modeling and Excel, along with experience in conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and generating data-driven insights.
• Capability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, experience in presenting analyses to management, and the ability to lead and drive initiatives.
• Capacity to work effectively in a team setting with personnel at all levels across various industries.
• Comfort in interacting with senior-level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefings.
