Director, Training and Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the training and operations of Independent Agencies (IA) under the Senior Director of Sales Enablement.

• Formulate, implement, and execute the training strategy for Independent Agencies.

• Assemble and cultivate a training team that focuses on the needs of the IA channel in collaboration with Corporate Learning and Development.

• Align the fundamental and ongoing training strategy for Independent Agencies with internal teams and agency personnel.

• Assess training requirements and develop tailored solutions for specific audiences.

• Review and modify the training curriculum, materials, and teaching methods for the IA audience.

• Create multimodal delivery approaches and learning pathways for National Accounts, new agency staff, and commercial specialists.

• Oversee the selection and development of line trainers and regional training management.

• Implement the training strategy alongside Senior Directors, Product Management, and Corporate Learning.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research into sales and service performance issues.

• Initiate training initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and customer service.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics such as production increase, behavior modification, utilization, and engagement.

• Communicate and coordinate Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and expectations.

• Develop business plans, staffing forecasts, and budgets for the department.

• Order supplies and materials and assess budgets for potential cost savings.

• Design a training blueprint specifically for Independent Agencies to ensure staff readiness.
