This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Director of Trade Operations will report directly to the Vice President of Trade Relations and will be tasked with overseeing all trade operation activities.
• This role includes directing customer order processes, conducting inventory analytics, and offering customer service support to wholesalers.
• The position involves collaborating with various vendors and analyzing data to keep the organization informed about trade-related activities and to deliver actionable insights to senior management.
• The Director will work closely on industry communications, customer interactions, and forecasting, while also partnering with the Sales, Market Access, and IDN account teams to provide essential support for commercial operations.
• Key responsibilities include developing and disseminating distribution-related analytics and reports to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information.
• The role requires analyzing customer dynamics and sharing findings with the relevant stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in Health Care.
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required, along with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in sales and forecasting analytics processes is necessary.
• Candidates should possess experience in planning, execution, project management, and analytical skills.
• The ability to effectively manage and direct multiple tasks independently and in a timely manner to meet business needs is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.
• Willingness to travel by air and car for meetings, industry events, and other business necessities is a must.
