This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create, implement, and consistently refine a competitive global compensation philosophy and pay strategy that aligns with InteLogix's business goals and talent requirements.
• Lead the design and upkeep of salary structures, job grades, and pay bands across all regions, ensuring both internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Conduct and analyze market compensation surveys along with benchmarking data (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Radford) to guide pay decisions and identify discrepancies.
• Oversee annual compensation planning cycles, including merit increases, promotional adjustments, and reviews of incentive plans.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership on the design of executive compensation, bonus plan modeling, and long-term incentive programs as necessary.
• Assess, design, and manage employee benefits programs across both US and international locations, covering health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement (401k), and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, ISSS, social insurance).
• Lead vendor relationships for benefits, manage renewals, and oversee RFP processes to ensure cost-effectiveness, service quality, and employee satisfaction.
• Drive planning and communication strategies for open enrollment to guarantee employees understand and utilize their benefits fully.
• Ensure compliance of benefits programs with applicable regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and local labor laws) across all operating regions.
• Guarantee all compensation and benefits programs adhere to federal, state, and local regulations in US jurisdictions and international labor laws.
• Monitor legislative changes affecting total rewards (e.g., pay transparency laws in CO, NY, CA, WA, IL) and proactively implement necessary updates.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, policy frameworks, and SOPs for all total rewards initiatives.
• Utilize HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) and market data tools to produce compensation analytics, budget models, and executive reports.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor total rewards expenditure, pay equity metrics, benefits utilization, and program ROI.
• Conduct regular pay equity analyses and collaborate with HR and Legal to address identified gaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership regarding compensation, job offers, promotions, and rewards strategy.
• Lead and nurture a small team (1–3 employees), providing coaching, mentorship, and clear performance expectations.
• Collaborate across functions with Finance, Legal, and Operations to support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational design initiatives.
• Support M&A activities, new site launches, and program transitions from a total rewards perspective as InteLogix continues its growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in compensation and/or total rewards, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in the design of compensation programs, development of salary structures, and market benchmarking.
• Experience managing benefits programs across various states and/or regions.
• Strong understanding of US compensation regulations (FLSA, ERISA, ACA) and pay transparency requirements.
• Proficient in HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred) and possess advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for compensation modeling.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
