Director – Total Care Solutions Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily MTCS operations involving: Field-based pharmacy and dispensary teams situated within customer clinics, Remote service delivery teams, and Administrative and operational support functions.

• Ensure the pharmacy and dispensing operations are executed consistently in accordance with McKesson standards, regulatory obligations, and customer expectations.

• Develop and implement standardized workflows, staffing models, and performance benchmarks.

• Act as the main operational contact between customer locations and corporate support teams.

• Facilitate coordination among clinical, operational, and centralized service teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.

• Function as an escalation point capable of providing direct support to pharmacy operations in both clinical and non-clinical capacities during transitions, staffing shortages, or operational challenges.

• Manage operational performance across MTCS services, including adherence to service levels, operational efficiency, productivity, and quality and compliance metrics.

• Create, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with customer agreements and corporate standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or an equivalent clinical credential is required.

• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience.

• At least 4 years of management experience.

• Over 8 years of pharmacy experience, with 4+ years in operational leadership or management positions.

• Experience in managing healthcare operations, ideally in multi-site or field-based settings.

• Preferred experience in specialty pharmacy and/or Medically Integrated Dispensing (MID).

• Demonstrated leadership in pharmacy or healthcare operations with responsibility for service delivery and outcomes.

• Experience overseeing distributed teams (both field-based and remote).

• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy and/or MID operating models.
