Director – Technology Services, Adobe Ecosystem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise digital transformation initiatives centered around Adobe, acting as the Subject Matter Expert responsible for solution architecture and data strategy.

• Create forward-thinking integration frameworks that consolidate Adobe technologies with other technological integrations.

• Advocate for architectural standards, patterns, and governance models.

• Act as a reliable technical advisor to executive stakeholders within client organizations.

• Ensure that the vision presented during pre-sales is technically achievable and scalable.

• Supervise and guide architects and platform specialists.

• Promote Agile delivery methodologies.

• Collaborate with Sales, Partner Alliances, and Go-To-Market teams during pre-sales activities.

• Lead or assist in scoping sessions, converting high-level business objectives into technical recommendations.

• Discover opportunities to utilize data science, generative AI, and automation frameworks.

• Direct technical resources contributing to project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, solution architecture, or data engineering roles.

• Proven experience in leading teams through Agile and/or waterfall development processes.

• Background in mentoring cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing tools within the Adobe ecosystem (AEM, AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA).

• Solid experience in integrating tools like Data Warehouses & CDPs, Marketing Automation Platforms, CRMs, and CMS/Web Platforms.

• Comprehensive understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and customer 360 architecture.

• Strong expertise in API design, data contracts, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
