Director, Technology Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee Technology operations for the JLL Bank of America Account

• Prioritize client satisfaction, service level reliability, and excellence in relationship management

• Proactively identify, escalate, and address technology challenges

• Enhance processes and foster a high-performing technology operations team

• Supervise Bank of America technology compliance tasks, including security scanning and disaster recovery testing

• Manage incident response activities for the account

• Facilitate troubleshooting, support, and service for systems, equipment, and networks

• Oversee user provisioning and access reporting

• Organize and implement the onboarding of new systems to the account

• Coordinate interfacing strategies between JLL and client systems

• Manage hardware provisioning and support for JLL Bank of America account associates

• Liaise with the Technology Support Center regarding account relationships

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory

• Extensive business experience gained through prior roles

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience

• Technical expertise in IT and Business Intelligence operations

• Proven track record of improving and optimizing processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to cultivate a high-performing team, mentor colleagues, and drive team success

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, including SharePoint, PowerPivot, PowerView, and SSRS; expertise in Tableau or similar tools is highly preferred

• Results-oriented with exceptional customer service skills

• Proven ability to analyze, take action, and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes

• Experience within Bank of America and JLL technology environments is highly advantageous

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
