This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic and tactical direction in collaboration with the IT Leadership team and Business Partners to implement integrated technology solutions.
• Manage a team responsible for the functional requirements, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Wholesale S&OP, Cultivation, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment CPG operations.
• Supervise the analysis, development, coordination, implementation, and documentation of application systems.
• Oversee both internal and external technical professionals tasked with new applications and existing IT systems.
• Set departmental goals, objectives, and operational procedures to enhance system stability and project delivery.
• Manage daily IT operations for applications, including SaaS solutions, and address incident remediation along with long-term planning.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics for systems and teams.
• Ensure the successful delivery of complex IT projects within set timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to identify capability and technology gaps while developing technology roadmaps.
• Assess and manage external vendors and technology partners to align product roadmaps with business objectives.
• Facilitate IT governance with senior management and contribute to planning for future business needs.
• Formulate and oversee budgets for application development, maintenance, and support.
• Consolidate and utilize existing applications to optimize business processes and minimize overhead.
• A minimum of 8 years of technical program/project management experience in a dynamic technology company and/or consulting environment.
• At least 6 years of experience supporting enterprise applications that directly enable Wholesale S&OP, Cultivation, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, or other supply chain operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead both internal and external technical teams while managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities combined with a process-oriented mindset.
• A self-starter with a creative, enthusiastic, innovative, and collaborative approach.
• Capacity to adapt and excel in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and integrity, particularly in handling confidential information.
• Experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop technology roadmaps.
• Experience in managing project and departmental budgets.
• Familiarity with partnering third-party vendors for system performance and future roadmap requirements.
• Preferred: Knowledge of CPG Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), cultivation, manufacturing, fulfillment, supply chain, and finance business processes.
• Preferred: Experience with Agile development, Agile techniques, and delivery methodologies.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Must adhere to all legal and company regulations relevant to the industry.
• Must be familiar with and comply with Green Thumb rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Must have a thorough understanding of cannabis laws, rules, and regulations, along with a passion for advancing industry and legal knowledge.
• Competitive salary range of $160,000–$190,000 USD.
• Positions may qualify for a discretionary annual incentive program based on organizational and individual performance.
