This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage a team of software engineers in defining requirements and transforming them into solutions that enhance business outcomes.
• Responsible for all elements (planning, forecasting, production) of the complete product lifecycle.
• Affects the team's capability to meet service, quality, and timeliness goals.
• Establish a solid connection to business results.
• Utilizes extensive process and domain knowledge while collaborating with the Product Owner and technical development team.
• Influences key stakeholders during design and planning processes.
• Spearheads the development of products aimed at a technical audience.
• Merges customer vision with technical viability to translate business requirements into functional specifications or user stories.
• Engages with customers and stakeholders to prioritize their needs.
• Develops the strategic roadmap for the product.
• Orchestrates the efforts of multiple parallel teams to achieve broader objectives.
• Ensures transparent delivery and maximizes returns.
• Concentrates on execution throughout the product release cycle.
• Articulates complex concepts and may sway others' opinions on specific topics.
• May encourage others to consider alternative perspectives.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with at least 8 years of professional experience, OR an associate's degree with a minimum of 11 years of professional experience, OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 13 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience successfully implementing complex ERP Systems (Oracle preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a people management role within a matrixed enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to include, motivate employees, and effectively delegate and assign tasks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP system data structures, preferably Oracle.
• Experience in an Agile work environment.
• Familiarity with various implementation options.
• Shows initiative in exploring alternative technologies and methods for problem-solving.
• Proficient in deconstructing problems, documenting issues, and estimating efforts.
• Capable of analyzing the impact of technology choices.
• Possesses knowledge of the competitive landscape.
