This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the forecasting processes for effective tax rates on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Take charge of cash tax forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with FP&A, controllership, and transfer pricing teams to assess tax implications of anticipated business activities.
• Evaluate variances between forecasts and actual results, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Create tax forecast models for legal entities and enhance forecast accuracy across different jurisdictions.
• Manage the complete Pillar Two compliance process.
• Lead technical analysis and modeling for complex US federal tax matters.
• Mentor and develop team members while promoting technical excellence.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate taxation.
• Experience with a Big 4 firm or a large multinational corporation is preferred.
• In-depth technical knowledge of US federal income tax regulations.
• Significant experience with Section 163(j), ASC 740, tax forecasting, and international tax concepts and modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA and/or Master’s in Taxation (MST) preferred.
• High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with automation tools and/or AI is highly valued.
