This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete Pinpoint program, which includes strategy, operating model, campaign architecture, testing agenda, and performance enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with vendors and internal technology teams to influence the product roadmap and unlock new functionalities.
• Spearhead flagship launches, pilot programs, and high-profile campaigns that establish quality benchmarks.
• Expand Pinpoint from a pilot initiative to a sustainable program across various markets and specialties, including a self-service model for field teams alongside national campaigns.
• Promote the adoption of AI-driven capabilities (automation, agents, assisted workflows) to enhance personalized outreach while ensuring human judgment remains a priority.
• Take charge of identifying and prioritizing high-value target audiences by leveraging data, market insights, sales input, and AI-assisted signals.
• Convert growth objectives into audience segments (profession, life stage, geography, intent signals, affinity) and design testable campaigns with defined goals and success metrics.
• Make segmentation choices using imperfect data while balancing thoroughness, speed, and test-and-learn approaches. Continuously refine based on performance and feedback from the field.
• Collaborate with Specialty Marketing on campaign concepts and messaging strategies.
• Personally create and refine 1:1 outreach messaging for flagship campaigns.
• Utilize AI to expedite personalization and testing while upholding brand integrity, quality, and compliance standards.
• Develop templates, examples, and best practices that can be scaled across various markets and specialties.
• Manage the marketing-to-sales handoff process for targeted acquisition initiatives, ensuring that engagement translates into timely and confident client development actions.
• Work with Client Development, RevOps, and Operations to outline and document post-engagement playbooks, including roles, follow-up expectations, and conversion benchmarks.
• Ensure sales teams are equipped with clear context regarding campaign intent, audience rationale, messaging themes, and suggested next steps.
• Identify areas of conversion failure and collaborate with Client Development to proactively refine the operating model to enhance consistency and results.
• Serve as a hands-on mentor to local market teams and sales leaders on targeted acquisition and AI-enabled marketing strategies.
• Lead working sessions and live enablement activities (not just training presentations) to enhance execution quality across the organization.
• Oversee contractors tasked with campaign creation and execution. Establish workflows that integrate AI-assisted processes with clear accountability and quality control.
• Review and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards of outputs. Balance hands-on involvement with delegation as the program expands.
• Define and monitor metrics from outreach to meeting conversion and subsequent client impact.
• Compile results into actionable insights for leadership and field teams, utilizing performance data to refine audience strategy, messaging, and program investment.
• 8-12+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital acquisition, consulting, or program/product leadership, ideally having personally built and launched programs rather than merely advising on them.
• Extensive experience with 1:1 or account-based digital marketing; preference for outbound or sales-adjacent marketing.
• Proven ability to experiment with and embrace AI-powered marketing tools, automation, or agent-based workflows, demonstrating strong judgment regarding where AI is beneficial versus where human oversight is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills: Capable of drafting messaging, shaping narratives, and providing direct, constructive feedback.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing complex, ambiguous projects. A reliable partner to both senior leaders and field teams.
