This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the organization-wide Talent Development strategy in alignment with AHEAD's IMPACT 2027 objectives, enhancing business capabilities, workforce preparedness, and employee advancement.
• Mentor and cultivate a high-achieving team comprising Talent Development Partners, Learning Experience Designers, and a Learning Technology & Systems Partner, while managing India-based Talent Development staff through a matrix structure.
• Transform AHEAD's Talent Development framework, which includes LMS governance, vendor collaborations, digital learning platforms, and content strategies, to foster a thriving, high-performance organization.
• Utilize AI technologies and innovative tools to enhance Talent Development processes, modernize learning delivery, and discover new scalable working methods that increase impact without inflating costs.
• Create a uniform and repeatable methodology for program design, execution, and assessment that caters to a varied, hybrid workforce and yields quantifiable business results.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development; experience in consulting or professional services settings is highly preferred.
• Proven executive presence with the capability to engage, influence, and establish credibility with ELT, SLT, and senior business leaders; adept at navigating uncertainty and engaging in direct, courageous discussions.
• Extensive knowledge in adult learning principles, instructional design, learning operations, and program design, execution, and evaluation across a diverse hybrid workforce.
• Demonstrated success in managing and nurturing high-performing teams; experienced in leading through others and establishing scalable, impactful Talent Development functions.
• Strong business insight and a client-focused mindset, addressing stakeholder requirements with a solution-oriented approach and linking learning investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in designing and scaling leadership development, high-potential programs, and organization-wide learning initiatives.
• Proficiency in AI tools and emerging technologies, with a proven ability to leverage them for modernizing learning delivery, optimizing operations, and discovering new working methodologies.
• Expertise in digital learning tools (LMS, Articulate, Rise), vendor management, and change management.
