This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Act as a strategic consultant to senior Product executives regarding talent and cultural strategies.
• Impact executive decision-making related to organizational structure, workforce strategies, and capability enhancement.
• Spearhead initiatives focused on organizational design, role definition, and the evolution of operating models.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and the development of leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Engagement, and People Operations.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to uncover trends in hiring, performance, retention, and engagement.
• Convert intricate data into practical insights and aid in predictive leadership decision-making.
• Lead extensive, large-scale change initiatives within the Products division.
• Mentor senior leaders on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Advocate for a high-performance, inclusive, and transparent culture that reflects Calix values.
• Propel initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and enhancing organizational health.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
• Over 12 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial leadership experience as an HR Business Partner.
• More than 5 years of experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, or technical teams in a high-tech, fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and function as a strategic advisor.
• Extensive knowledge in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI tools and platforms to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Proficient in interpreting data and analytics to generate workforce insights and data-driven decisions.
• Experience in employing AI to automate, scale, and transform HR processes.
• Strong business acumen linking people strategies to business results.
• Exceptional skills in executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology product environments is preferred.
• Prior experience leading transformation or operating model evolution on a large scale is preferred.
• Familiarity with advanced people analytics platforms and AI-driven HR technologies is preferred.
