Director, Talent Acquisition Technology – 6-Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Offer strategic leadership to convert priorities into actionable strategies, ensuring the capability and capacity of resources.

• Drive the execution of strategies by overseeing projects and programs that align with organizational goals in talent acquisition to foster non-linear growth.

• Recognize new and emerging technologies and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the HR technology landscape.

• Facilitate program planning, establish objectives and scope, and guarantee successful execution among all stakeholders.

• Evaluate program effectiveness, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement performance management and goal-setting for long-term sustainability.

• Cultivate a culture of performance improvement, act as a change agent, and nurture teams to adapt to change effectively.

• Supervise and manage a team of Super Users who resolve end-user tickets and support requests.

• Oversee a team of Auditors responsible for ensuring compliance with systems and processes, including regulatory standards.

• Manage the ticketing system to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of user issues.

• Develop and execute processes and standards for end-user support to boost efficiency and user satisfaction.

• Collaborate with COE leaders on larger projects and implementation initiatives to integrate user feedback and new features into platforms.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Super User team.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and encourage professional development for team members.

• Lead and manage organizational change to ensure effective adoption of digital transformation.

• Create and implement strategies to promote cultural change and facilitate the transition to new digital processes and tools.

• Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring all team members are engaged and motivated to embrace change.

• Comprehend the current state of all related processes, including process mapping and identifying affected policies.

• Conduct discovery sessions with relevant function owners to understand the scope of change and perform root cause analysis to find gaps and failure points.

• Propel the adoption of agile methodologies and design-thinking principles to guarantee iterative development and ongoing enhancement.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify digital needs, prioritize initiatives, and ensure smooth integration of digital solutions into existing workflows and the Sutherland technology stack.

• Establish and define metrics and KPIs that will be impacted by the project rollout, including evaluating existing goals affected by the business case.

• Identify and create metrics that will indicate the success of the implementation, and develop the corresponding tracking artifacts.

• Optimize the use of digital tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Utilize emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics to improve operational capabilities across the Global People Office organization and beyond.

• Implement and refine processes to ensure the effective use of digital tools and technologies, promoting a user-centric approach to technology deployment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience managing and implementing HR or TA technology platforms.

• Preferred focus on: Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters, but also ICIMS, SuccessFactors, Taleo, and others), candidate testing and assessment platforms, candidate engagement solutions, automated/AI-driven screening, interviewing, and matching solutions, among others.

• Experienced in providing end-user support for HR or TA systems, including managing functional configuration and collaborating with technical teams, encompassing designing, testing, and developing integrations across core HR platforms.

• Proven experience in leading adoption and change management initiatives for digital solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program portfolio execution, and project management.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders.

• Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate action and achieve results.

• In-depth understanding of HR processes, digital solutions, and automation technologies.

• Proven ability to drive cultural change and facilitate the transition to new digital processes and tools.

• Proficient in agile methodologies and design-thinking principles to ensure iterative development and continuous improvement.

• Capability to develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of digital transformation initiatives and ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting.

• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
