Director, Talent Acquisition Operations – Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all recruiting activities throughout the entire hiring lifecycle; taking charge of process design, coordination, SLAs, and operational standards that ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

• Manage and enhance the TA technology stack, promoting adoption, ensuring data integrity, and driving ongoing improvements across all recruiting systems and integrations.

• Handle all TA vendor partnerships—such as job boards, sourcing tools, background check providers, and staffing agencies—encompassing contract negotiations, performance management, and budget oversight.

• Direct the talent sourcing function, establishing proactive pipeline capabilities across key hiring segments and scaling offshore sourcing as a cost-effective addition to the domestic team.

• Create and implement enablement programs for recruiters and hiring managers. This includes training sessions, playbooks, and toolkits designed to enhance the quality and consistency of every hire.

• Offer strategic guidance and oversight to the Employer Brand function, spearheading the development of Hims & Hers’ employer brand presence across content, career sites, and candidate communications.

• Define and manage TA analytics and reporting—transforming pipeline, source, and efficiency data into actionable insights for the team and senior leadership.

• Lead, nurture, and expand a high-performing team across operations, coordination, sourcing, and employer branding, cultivating a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant leadership responsibilities in recruiting operations, systems, or enablement.

• A demonstrated history of building and scaling TA infrastructure—processes, technology, and programs—in a rapidly growing, distributed environment.

• In-depth knowledge of the TA technology landscape and proven experience managing an ATS while fostering system adoption throughout a recruiting organization.

• Experience in managing TA vendor relationships, including negotiations, performance accountability, and budget management.

• Strong data fluency—you understand which metrics are crucial, how to create reports that prompt action, and how to convey the narrative behind the numbers.

• A robust operational mindset with the capability to transition between strategy and hands-on execution, alongside a history of forging cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leaders.
