This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing recruitment team.
• Design the future talent acquisition organizational structure, capacity model, and sourcing strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and essential recruitment needs.
• Directly manage senior-level and executive recruitment efforts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders regarding talent strategy, hiring priorities, and organizational growth initiatives.
• Establish and develop an internal sourcing function from the ground up.
• Implement strategies for outbound talent pipelining and market analysis.
• Set clear hiring service level agreements (SLAs) and mechanisms for cross-functional alignment.
• Create performance-driven metrics and dashboards that promote accountability.
• Take ownership of and enhance our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) strategy, with a strong preference for Greenhouse experience.
• Assess and integrate recruiting technologies, including AI-driven tools.
• Enhance forecasting, reporting, and quality-of-hire measurements.
• Ensure disciplined and scalable recruiting processes across technical, sales, and finance hiring.
• Over 10 years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in startup and high-growth settings, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proficiency in hiring for technical (engineering, data analysis), sales/GTM, and finance roles, including support for VP/C-level searches.
• Experience in building and sustaining an internal sourcing function (hands-on agency experience is advantageous).
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms is strongly preferred.
• Experience in building, scaling, and refining recruitment operations, processes, and talent acquisition strategies across various functions.
