• Act as a strategic consultant to leadership.

• Demonstrated success in leading a recruitment operation and overseeing a diverse team.

• Experience in animal or human healthcare is highly preferred.

• Background in recruiting for industry and academic relations.

• Strong proficiency in data and analytics.

• Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition tools and systems.
