This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations, continuous education, support, motivation, and coaching of talent acquisition managers, supervisors, and partners.

• Build a high-performance team.

• Take charge of the entire talent acquisition function for a business segment valued at approximately $500 million across a large multi-state area.

• Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve recruitment objectives across 340 division facilities.

• Collaborate closely with operational business partners (People Service Managers, Regional Operations Directors, Division Vice Presidents, Group Vice Presidents) and key stakeholders to align hiring needs and strategies to fulfill recruitment goals.

• Establish and lead a unified talent acquisition team that successfully meets business hiring benchmarks.

• Manage, optimize, and challenge current recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to boost application volume for hiring needs while enhancing candidate quality and reducing time to hire.

• Guide the team in fully utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Track and analyze metrics to spot trends; adjust team efforts as necessary to ensure workloads are aligned to achieve set goals.

• Work in partnership with talent acquisition leadership to effectively oversee pilot recruitment initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of management experience is preferred; experience with multi-site, decentralized teams (including off-site and home-based) is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of recruiting and/or related HR experience is preferred.

• At least 2 years of sales experience (inside or outside) is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment is preferred.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with recruiting databases is highly preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of AAPs (Affirmative Action Plans) and relevant laws/regulations in staffing and recruitment is required.

• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required.
