This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business growth, transformation, and workforce planning.
• Direct the enterprise Talent Acquisition function by effectively staffing the organization with high-caliber talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner to support business expansion and strategic goals.
• Develop a compelling and authentic employer value proposition (EVP) that sets the organization apart in competitive markets.
• Responsible for talent acquisition operating models, vendor strategy (RPO, agencies, technology partners), and global governance.
• Utilize and integrate data, automation, and AI responsibly to enhance hiring outcomes and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to bolster external brand visibility and narrative.
• Offer strategic leadership and guidance for the design and execution of effective recruiting programs and methodologies.
• Over 10 years of extensive progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• More than 6 years of successful team management experience with recruiters.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, and vendor ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
