This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the installation of medical equipment for Siemens Healthineers Diagnostic Imaging.
• Manage a team of dedicated XP Installation Engineers and ensure installations are completed successfully.
• Enhance customer satisfaction, operational metrics, and the quality of installations.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to enhance the customer experience.
• Coordinate with XP Business Line, SCM, U.S. sales, and service teams regarding technical installation issues.
• Act as the escalation point for XP project management support inquiries.
• Supervise installation productivity and maintain cost efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement and training needs.
• Enhance Project Management, Installation, and Logistics processes.
• Streamline project milestone timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely product turnover.
• Manage team KPIs, including cycle time, installation quality, and revenue objectives.
• Report to the VP of Solutions Implementations within the Customer Supply Chain organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an advanced degree.
• Over 10 years of successful experience in supply chain management, project management, and the installation of capital medical equipment.
• Strong business acumen, including knowledge of financials, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer relations.
• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in the relevant specialization.
• Awareness of organizational business practices and issues.
• Proficient in the current MS Windows platform and MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Exceptional people management and development skills, with the ability to lead and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
• Consistent history of innovative thinking and process enhancement.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality work on time.
• Willingness to travel 25%–40% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• No prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending charges, or serious moving violations, unless restricted by state/local law.
• The successful candidate must comply with controlled technology regulations in accordance with U.S. export control laws.
