This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise systems that support company operations.
• Cultivate, develop, and maintain a high-performing systems team through effective coaching, clear expectations, and accountability.
• Manage system support operations, ensuring the consistent provision of Tier 3 support and compliance with service-level agreements.
• Oversee system deployments, migrations, upgrades, and integrations across various property management platforms.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system performance, support quality, and team efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and other business leaders to align system capabilities with operational requirements.
• Proactively communicate system roadmaps, associated risks, timelines, and impacts to stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Anticipate and address risks associated with system modifications, scalability, and support capacity.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and spearhead initiatives to enhance reliability, scalability, and user experience.
• Drive cross-training initiatives to mitigate single points of failure and bolster team resilience.
• Lead change management initiatives related to system improvements and the adoption of new technologies.
• Ensure precise documentation, knowledge sharing, and standardization of system processes.
• Make prompt, data-driven decisions and appropriately escalate issues to executive leadership.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in systems, technology support, or enterprise software environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in people leadership.
• Practical experience with enterprise property management systems (Entrata, RealPage, Yardi).
• Demonstrated success in leading system implementations or extensive migrations.
• Experience collaborating with Operations and senior leadership teams.
