This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement strategic sales growth plans for the year and long-term initiatives using structured frameworks and collaborative partnerships across functions.
• Coordinate comprehensive planning across GTM Strategy, Operations, Readiness, Recognition, and Events.
• Manage and oversee the sales cadence for the Americas Specialist team, including operational models, procedures, and rhythms.
• Collaborate with revenue operations on compensation and readiness initiatives for the Specialist group.
• Drive high-impact strategic sales initiatives that align with organizational objectives to foster global transformation.
• Perform data-driven market and competitive analyses to uncover growth opportunities and provide guidance on GTM strategy.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Specialist sales leader (VP/SVP) regarding Strategy, Planning, and Operations.
• Lead and nurture the Sales GTM Strategy Planning & Operations team.
• Present growth plans and priorities to senior executives and prepare leadership for strategic engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to synchronize and implement initiatives.
• Champion and execute change management practices to facilitate the adoption of new strategies.
• Evaluate the allocation of coverage dollars across customers, regions, and products to optimize output.
• Over 10 years of experience in management consulting, GTM strategy, strategy planning, or sales with a focus on leadership and management of teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required.
• An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in management consulting or a similar field, emphasizing strategy planning and transformation in a sales context.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategy teams and developing talent.
• Experience in Sales/GTM Strategy within the technology sector is highly preferred.
• Strong abilities in framing business challenges, performing complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, and crafting executive-level recommendations.
• Experience in translating business priorities into actionable GTM programs, including offer creation, campaigns, and enablement efforts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Proven capability to lead strategic initiatives and drive transformation within a complex global organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
