Director, Strategy – Clinical Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• This position acts as the enterprise strategy leader integrated within a specific business unit.

• Collaborate with business unit executives to define essential strategic inquiries and establish a clear strategic direction that aligns with enterprise objectives.

• Shape and propose strategic options, priorities, and trade-offs, considering the broader enterprise context.

• Convert the approved strategy into both multi-year and annual plans.

• Assist in the creation and evaluation of business cases and investment proposals.

• Ensure alignment with the enterprise planning schedule, capital guidelines, and governance frameworks.

• Conduct independent foresight assessments to remain proactive to environmental opportunities and challenges.

• Provide direct strategic assistance for a portfolio of initiatives critical to the enterprise within the business unit.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree - (Required)

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience (Required)

• At least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience (Required)

• Skills: Analytical Thinking, Business Analysis, Computer Literacy, Critical Thinking, Interpersonal Communication, Market Research
