This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the strategic direction across enterprise accounts, from initial discovery to performance enhancement.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior clients, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with commercial objectives.
• Drive the development of integrated strategies encompassing ABM, demand generation, brand, and lifecycle marketing.
• Identify and advocate for opportunities that promote innovation, insight-driven planning, and transformation.
• Create frameworks for audience and market intelligence to guide targeting, messaging, and channel strategies.
• Translate market and behavioral insights into clear, actionable strategic plans.
• Work collaboratively with analytics and media teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Develop differentiated value propositions based on insights into audience, market, and competitive landscape.
• Partner with creative teams to bring value propositions to life across campaigns and sales enablement efforts.
• Design and manage ABM strategies for one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many programs.
• Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), Target Account Lists (TALs), engagement strategies, and messaging approaches.
• Serve as a regional thought leader in ABM strategy, contributing to global ABM center of excellence initiatives.
• Create comprehensive marketing strategies that connect brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement.
• Develop programs that enhance pipeline development and strengthen customer engagement.
• Direct campaign planning through storytelling, content journeys, and channel alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide cohesive and effective strategic solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops and strategic presentations to promote alignment and excellence.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the enhancement of strategic capabilities across the agency.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically within an agency or consultancy environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in team management.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal agency teams, external partners, and client teams to deliver top-notch marketing solutions.
