This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee the implementation of Nexperia’s most essential transformation initiatives, primarily in Back-End, ensuring that strategic goals are converted into quantifiable business outcomes.
• Lead extensive, cross-departmental projects including manufacturing relocations, capacity enhancements, operational changes, factory ramp-ups, and significant new product introductions (NPIs).
• Enhance the resilience of the supply chain and manufacturing network by tackling geopolitical challenges, ensuring business continuity, and addressing operational risks.
• Collaborate closely with Back-End Operations, Supply Chain Management, External Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence, and various Business Groups.
• Facilitate alignment among executive stakeholders, governance, and decision-making processes to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate program risks while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to foster long-term operational growth and competitiveness.
• Develop and implement a scalable program management framework that enhances execution excellence and generates value throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Strategy, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a program leader in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, automotive, operations, supply chain, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent frameworks is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate cross-functional programs, aligning various stakeholders, resolving complex challenges, and driving execution in dynamic global settings.
• Certifications in project and program management such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma are considered beneficial.
• Openness to international travel if necessary to support transformation initiatives, manufacturing locations, and partner relationships.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Capacity to function effectively in a global context with multicultural teams.
• This position provides the chance to lead some of Nexperia's most prominent and influential transformation programs.
• You will engage directly with senior leadership, impact significant business decisions, enhance organizational capabilities, and play a crucial role in shaping the future of Nexperia's global manufacturing network.
